Domingo Eyzaguirre

He obtained his law degree from the Universidad Católica de Chile, with a diploma in Labour Law and Social Security from the same institution.

 

Domingo focuses his practice in all areas of labour law, social security and immigration for multinational and local corporations, including individual and collective labour advisory, compensation of employees, audits, remuneration and benefits, collective bargaining, taxation of employees, visas and immigration and litigation.

 

Formerly part of the labour department of the firm Larrain y Asociados. Has been recognized for his work by Chambers and Partners Latin America edition 2024, Legal 500 edition 2019, Leaders League edition 2024 and Best Lawyers edition 2024.

 

Member of the Chilean Bar Association.
