He obtained his law degree from the Universidad Católica de Chile, with a diploma in “Litigation and New Procedures” from the same institution. Benjamín has focused his practice in advising clients in many kinds of highly complex disputes, representing them with success in ordinary courts, arbitration courts and Higher Courts of Justice. He has participated in civil, commercial, constitutional, tax and administrative disputes, litigation, arbitration, mediation and negotiations of many types. He has also provided legal advice for civil and commercial contracts, among others. He has been recognized by Leaders League in the litigation and arbitration areas.
Formerly part of the litigation area of the firm Guerrero, Olivos, Novoa & Errázuriz (currently Guerrero Olivos). In addition, since 2010 he has served as an Assistant Civil Law Professor at the Faculty of Law of Universidad Católica de Chile.
