Carla Karzulovic

She holds a law degree from Pontificie Universidad Católica de Chile with a Master's Degree in Employment and Social Security Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. She obtained a Diploma on Employment Law in Companies at Universidad de Los Andes, a Diploma in Human Resources Management at Pontificie Universidad Católica de Chile and a Certificate on Compensation Studies at Cornell University.

Carla has developed her practice by advising both national and international companies on labor and immigration matters, employee hiring and termination processes, outsourcing schemes, structuring and implementing short, medium, and long-term compensation and incentive schemes, as well as labor aspects related to corporate restructuring, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and due diligence processes.

From 2012 to 2025, she was part of the labor department of the firm Carey y Cía. Currently recognized by Legal 500, edition 2025.

Member of the Chilean Bar Association.​​
