Constanza Trisotti

She holds a law degree from the Universidad Diego Portales, with a Master's Degree in Private Law with a specialization in Labor Law and Social Security at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She obtained a Certificate in Employee Relations and Investigations at Cornell University.

 

Constanza has developed her practice by advising both national and international companies on labor and immigration matters, employee hiring and termination processes, outsourcing schemes, internal investigations and labor compliance matters, as well as labor aspects related to corporate restructuring, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and due diligence processes.

 

She was part of the labor department of Carey y Cía. between 2015 and 2025, and part of the labor department of Schweitzer y Cía., from 2009 to 2013. Currently recognized by Legal 500 edition 2025, Leaders and Best Lawyers edition 2024.

 

Member of the Chilean Bar Association.​
