Josefa Delgado

She obtained her law degree from the Universidad de Los Andes, with a diploma in Labor Law from the same institution. Josefa has experience advising multinational and local corporations in matters of individual labor law, internal policies, remuneration and benefits, social security, litigation, visas and immigration law.
 
Between 2017 and 2021 she was part of the corporate labor area of Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría. Has been recognized for her work by Best Lawyers edition 2024.
 
Member of the Chilean Bar Association.
