Rocío Véliz

She holds a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, currently pursuing a LLM – Master's Degree in Employment and Social Security Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

Her practice focuses on corporate labor law matters, such as hiring and termination of employees, development and implementation of manuals, procedures, and corporate human resources policies, compensation and benefits plans, subcontracting and outsourcing, consultancy agreements, non-compete agreements, labor audits, social security, among others. She specializes in transactional labor matters associated with restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, and labor due diligence processes.

From 2017 to 2025, she was part of the labor department of Carey y Cía. Currently recognized by Best Lawyers, edition 2024.
