Samuel Díaz

Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, holding an Academic Certificate of Specialization in Labor and Social Security Law. He also completed a Diploma in Immigration Law and the Hiring of Foreign Employees at the same university. His practice focuses on advising national and international companies on individual labor law matters, internal policies, remuneration and benefits, social security, visas and immigration, as well as labor litigation.

From 2023 to 2025, he was part of the labor department of Carey y Cía.

Member of the Chilean Bar Association.
